Stamper's Showcase: Birthday Envelope - by Kathy

This adorable 3D Birthday package was created by: Kathy Mechtel

Kathy used a retired Stampin' Up! Envelope Template to create this adorable Envelope Sack. She also used the Stampin' Up! Wheel to decorate the white tissue paper.

How clever, Kathy! Nice job!
